In general, we encourage people to apply, but when it comes to visa sponsorship, this will be a decision taken on an individual basis.
Usually, if you have completed your education in the country where the position is available, you can convert a student visa into a work visa or Graduate visa (after successfully completing the degree) without the need for a sponsorship.
The starting date is flexible and will depend on each individual case. However, usually our graduates join Arrow latest in December because all our Graduates will join the same learning and development journey starting in January. If required, you can start a few months earlier if the hiring manager agrees. Kindly inform the recruiter about your preferred starting date.
