To apply, please first check that you meet the job requirements

Selection Criteria

ⓘ  You must have the legal right to work in the
       country where the position you apply for is
       located.
 

ⓘ You should have successfully completed your
      bachelor's or master's degree in the relevant
      discipline for the job position when the
      program starts or maximum 2 years ago.

ⓘ You must be fluent in English and the local
      language (oral & written) where the job is
      based.

ⓘ Ideal candidates should be available and
      interested in a long term cooperation.
Questions for the Motivation Letter
  • What was your decision-making process in selecting your current course/degree discipline?

  • What motivates you to join Arrow & our graduate program?

  • What skills and experiences do you feel have prepared you for the job position?

  • What personal qualities will you bring to the job position?

  • Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years ?
Selected candidates will have an interview with the recruiter which will take about 20 minutes.
Successful candidates will be invited for an interview with the hiring manager on-site if possible. This interview can take up to 2 hours.

The last recruitment step is a short final interview via MS Teams with the Graduate Program Director.
