Interview with hiring manager 

If your profile is a good match during the recruiter interview , you´ll be invited to an in-person interview, which you can easily schedule with AI tool assistant.

Decision & Offer  

After the interview, we´ll follow-up. If you are the candidate selected, you´ll receive a call from a recruiter for a verbal offer extension and overview for the following steps

Pre-hire steps (Background check process) 

If you accpeted the offer, HR Administration team will guide you through the entire background check process,

  • Digital signature of your offer letter
  • System tasks

Once you completed , next steps are managed by third-party provider, (First Advantage) consider 10-15 business days to complete the whole background check process

Start Date 

If you successfully pass the pre-employment process, the hiring manager and you will confirm the best and official start date.
