During these phases, Graduates receive:

✔ opportunity to build relationships both locally and across our EMEA organization, suppliers and customers.

The time spent on-the-job versus trainings increases in the different phases to enable graduates to practice in their day-to-day job and their business projects.

 We believe the best way to learn is by fully integrating you into the business and giving you accountability for your job related tasks.

Throughout the program, you will also need to complete program assignments to put into practice what you learn, gain a deep insight of our business and invaluable experiences:
