Sales Operations Associate
As a Sales Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be to provide essential administrative support to the sales team, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. You will maintain accurate customer and sales activity data in CRM system. By handling vendor requests and issues related to orders you'll be a vital part of the IT distribution process.
Inside Sales Associate
In this position, your responsibilities will include maintaining precise sales records, ensuring the up-to-date status of CRM data, and generating sales reports to track progress and offer valuable insights to our sales management team. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our company's products and services to assess our customers' individual needs and deliver customized solutions that align with their requirements. As the primary point of contact for our customers, your role will be essential in establishing and nurturing long-term business partnerships for Arrow.
Technical Account Manager
As a Technical Account Manager, you will focus on enhancing customer value and satisfaction. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional assistance and support to clients. You will build strong relationships, offer tailored solutions, and troubleshoot issues. Additionally, you will deliver product demonstrations, create documentation, and track customer success metrics. Business Development Representative
