Referral Guidelines

Refer to the folowing guidelines to determine if your referral meets payment eligibility. 
Positions That Do NOT Qualify For A Referral Award
  • Positions that are posted internally only
  • Interns (short & long term)
  • Temporary employees, contractors, and consultants
Who Is NOT An Eligible Employee?
All Arrow positions will be eligible for an employee referral award, except:
•    Employees involved with the hiring of the candidate
•    HR recruiting team members
•    Vice president or equivalent and above
When Do I Get Paid?

  • The full award amount is paid after the candidate completes 6 months of employment
  • Awards are processed and paid out in either the first or second paycheck of the month following the length of employment guidelines (Refer to Global Referral Policy)
  • Both the employee being referred and the employee submitting the referral must be employed by Arrow at the time of payout.
  • All payments are subject to applicable taxes and withholding
