Asia-Pacific Early Talent Programs

Arrow Management Trainee Program 
Offered in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Taipei and Seoul, the Arrow Management Trainee begins a rigorous 12-month program that consists of rotational assignments, high-impact strategic projects, on-the-job training, and formal training curriculum. Talents with a passion for Field Application Engineering, Field Sales, Product Marketing, as well as supporting functions (E.g. Finance and HR), are encouraged to apply. Connect with peers and senior leaders from around the world and gain a deeper understanding of our industry, offering a strong support network to nurture future people manager and build next generation sustainable talent pipeline.
Greater-Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme
Offered in Hong Kong, the 18-month Arrow Engineer Program is a program coordinated with Hong Kong Science and Technology Park and approved by the Hong Kong government. The program develops and recruits high-caliber fresh engineer graduates in Hong Kong. A 6-month assignment in China Greater Bay Area will give talents exposure to the working world in China over the 18-month program. Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, and Robotic Process Automation Engineer are the three talent streams available. We hope to develop upcoming young engineers and provide them work experience in the Greater Bay Area.
Arrow Apprentice Program
The Arrow Apprentice program is a fast-track 12-month program offered in India and Singapore. The program is run in collaboration with the Ministry of Skill Development in India, and offers young talent accelerated learning, on-the-job training, and practical work experience in different business unit. AAP is committed to establishing a global workplace that broadens career options while embracing inclusion and diversity, encourages female talents to pursue STEM careers and supporting functions, builds skills, and creates new opportunities.
