Offered in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Taipei and Seoul, the Arrow Management Trainee begins a rigorous 12-month program that consists of rotational assignments, high-impact strategic projects, on-the-job training, and formal training curriculum.
