Ankit - Field Application Engineer in France

"I have been a Graduate Application Engineer at Arrow Electronics for almost a year now. Coming from another continent (Asia), I instantly felt integrated in the team. The team is very supportive and provides an amazing environment for people to grow in the company by working on different futuristic projects.

If I evaluate myself, I can say that since coming to Arrow Electronics I have developed as an engineer but also as a human because this program also focuses on the soft skills.

I can reach out to anyone in the company, and they are always happy to show me the way. I have met a lot of different people, who speak different languages, have different cultures and different ways of thinking. This makes it an extremely diverse environment which I cherish being a part of.

That's not it, YES we work, we learn, we grow all together but we also enjoy, there are a lot of fun activities that we can organize together with colleagues and other graduates. And can you imagine, all of that via teams!"
