Referral Guidelines

Refer to the folowing guidelines to determine if your referral meets payment eligibility. 
Positions That Do NOT Qualify For A Referral Award
  • Positions that are posted internally only
  • Interns (short & long term)
Who Is NOT An Eligible Employee?
All Arrow U.S. and Canadian employees may collect an employee referral award, except:
•    Employees involved with the hiring of the candidate
•    HR recruiting team members
•    Vice president or equivalent and above
•    Former & existing Arrow employees
•    Candidates that have come through an agency to
     Arrow in the last 6 monts
•    Former Arrow subsidiary employees (who have
     received salary payment within the last 6 months)
When Do I Get Paid?
• Full award amount is paid after the candidate
   completes 90 days employment (180 days for Light
   Industrial)
• Awards are processed and paid out in either the first
   or second paycheck of the month following the
   length of employment guidelines discussed directly 
   above
• Both the employee being referred and the employee
   submitting the referral must be employed by Arrow at
   the time of payout
• All payments are subject to applicable taxes and
  withholding
What Are The Amounts?
$250 USD Light Industial
$2000 USD All other postions (including Immix Group and Richardson
$3500 USD Finance Exempt & Technical Exempt (Engineers, IT)
