Become Familiar With The Interview Process
Become familiar with the competencies, interview questions, and process before conducting the interview. Determine the 3-5 competencies that all interviews will be based upon.

    • Plan to be a few minutes early
    • Remove distractions, mute your phone/smartwatch, etc.
