How you can prepare for an interview?

Remember to confirm your attendance and check if you have access to the video call.
Remember to have a comfortable and quiet place to join the meeting. For example, do not call in while driving your car.
Check your equipment prior to the interview, including the settings -> size of the camera view (to avoid showing your face in 200% 😉)
Be aware of your motivation for the position and in general for a change in your career path.
Be prepared for the question about your financial expectations, also check your current gross salary package.
Try to answer straight to the point and do not hesitate to ask to repeat if you are not sure what was the question.
Prepare your questions to ask at the end of the interview.
