The Arrow Management Trainee Program, specifically designed to nurture and develop aspiring individuals, aims to build future leadership through a fast-tracked development path by building on earlier acquired leadership and functional skills.
Successful candidates will embark on a rigorous 12-month program, which includes rotational assignments, high impact strategic projects, on-the-job training, and formal training curriculum. This will enable you to gain more insights into our business and connect you with peers and senior leaders from across the globe.
